Google Ads Integration


Integrating Google Ads with your iHouse Elite® website can enhance your lead generation by leveraging paid traffic alongside organic reach. Follow these steps to set up and manage your Google Ads account through the iHOUSEweb platform.

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Access the Admin Menu

  • Navigate to the footer of your iHouse Elite® website.
  • Click on Admin Menu.
  • Log in using your iHouseweb admin email and password.

Step 2: Access the Ads Admin Section

  • In the left side menu click Ads Admin
  • In the left side menu again, click Click Google Ads and then Get Started

Step 3: Create or Link Your Google Ads Account

You will see three steps for Get Started.

In the First step of Get Started you can link your existing Google Ads Account below
If you don't have a Google Ads account click the linked ‘here’ on screen to create one

  • Click ‘New Google Ads Account’ 
  • Click the smaller ‘Skip campaign creation’ for now
    • ‘Create an account without a campaign’ can also be clicked from the main screen near the bottom
  • Confirm Account Settings as well as Account and Payment settings, the account is then created. 

Step 4: Link Google Ads to your iHOUSEweb account

  • Return to your iHouseweb Admin menu and navigate to Ads Admin again
  • Return to ‘Get Started’ and press ‘Link your account’ 
  • Press Continue and grant the necessary permissions

The ‘Get Started section should now show your Google Ads account ID linked.
Press Next

Step 5: Set Budget

In step two of Get Started you can choose Your Monthly Budget

  • Set a monthly budget as desired
  • Press Next

Step 6: Set First Location

In step three of Get started you can Choose Your Location

  • Enter a desired target location for the Ads Campaign
  • You can then press Done

You’ll be notified that your Google Ads account was linked successfully.

Step 7: Check Dashboard and Current Campaigns

Click Dashboard found in the left side menu
You will then see your campaign that was automatically created from the previous steps
This will begin to track information about this campaign


Step 8: Create Additional Campaigns (Optional)

To make another campaign, click Google Ads in the left side menu and click Budget
Press Add New and repeat the steps from before as desired and then press Save
Dashboard will now display your newly created campaign

Additional Info

Locations
Locations can be pressed in the left side menu to view the current locations in use as well as keywords.

Ads
Ads can be pressed in the left side menu to preview current ads

Settings
View your Linked Account ID, Linked User Email, View Account Status and more. 

How to Unlink your Google Ads Account(*)

Settings can be pressed in the left side menu to unlink your Google Ads account but prior to doing so *it is important to pause your existing campaigns as unlinking does not pause your campaigns it just removes the ability to manage your Google Ads account from this dashboard. 

How to Pause your Campaigns

To Pause your campaigns, return to Budget in the left side menu
Press Edit for each campaign
And change the status from ENABLED to PAUSED
Alternatively you can navigate to ads.google.com directly, click Campaigns, and change the status from Enabled to Paused.
